Snow

Bring on the snow! This jacket is a statement piece on it’s own and it will keep you warm. Underneath wear a knitted sweater with a slouchy turtleneck, it will keep you cozy and it will protect your neck. Choose jeans that are thicker, that way they will protect you from the cold weather. Pick a structured brown bag with gold accents. The boots are not for snow, but if you are indoors they look amazing! The gold studs sparkle and they coordinate with the outfit. A dash of color to your cheeks and a dash of perfume and you are ready to take on the weather!

 

Cozy Night

This is a cozy outfit for a relaxed day. A knitted sweater dress is a comfortable and warm option. The dress should be baggy, but not a lot, as that can add volume. The neck and the arms should fit well, the rest can be loose. If you have a triangle shape then avoid the pockets as they might make you look bigger. If you have an hourglass shape you can look for a belt, so it doesn’t swallow your body. Brown tights will look great and so does some cozy combat boots. Add a burgundy bag for a touch of color and dainty jewellery. A big scarf can be thrown over your neck, if you get cold get some faux fur ear warmers (which look great as an accessory). A moisturizing cream is a must, we get dryer in winter so we need to protect out skin! Some burgundy lips and you my lady are all set!

 

Little Extra

Winter is the time to get your faux fur out of your closet. Elevate an outfit with a fur accent on your sweater. Triangle shapes should avoid any excess around the bottom of the sweater (near the hips), you don’t want the extra volume. Adding a pair of colored jeans makes it more luxe. Add some killer heels (the sweater looks super elegant, the shoes should too!) Add a fabulous bag, some jewellery and your outfit is all set! Bonus points if you can wear a brown blush and a wine lip, match made in heaven!

 

Lady in the city

Sometimes the weather is chilly and you´d rather skip the jacket! This outfit is perfect for that weather. A turtleneck crop top will keep you warm, a high waisted skirt will reveal just a little skin (remember, it’s still chilly), and it will eliminate the budge of tucking in a big sweater. This is a very feminine and classy silhouette. If you are an apple shape, make sure the skirt clinches your smallest part; everyone else is good to go! If you are an inverted triangle you really benefit from this outfit, as the solid color minimizes your shoulders and the eyes go towards the flirty skirt. A necklace gives focus to your pretty face; if you are round faced then make it a little longer so it slims your face. Booties are the way to go, they have a little cleavage so they make your legs look longer. Add a killer bag and accessories and you are ready!

 

Lady in Pink

This is a very feminine outfit. A sweater with flowers on the shoulders draws the eye up, really great for round, rectangular and triangle shapes. The sweater is loose and conceals your midsection. The skinny jeans flatter all curves and balance the heavy top. The shoes add a dash of metallic, the pointy toe elongates you, and the studs and colors are the perfect marriage of cool & sweet. The bag adds shine to the outfit and the earrings draw the attention to your face. Add a ring with a colorful stone and a rose gold watch, looking pretty in pink!

 

Sweater Dress

A sweater dress is a great alternative for a chilly day. This turtleneck version has an angled hem which accentuates your curves, and it is slightly waisted to show off your figure. The turtleneck is quite relaxed and it frames your face. Choose opaque black leggings, as the sweater dress might be a tad short (depending on your height). Black flat boots look polished and easy going. Complement the look with jewellery in silver with lots of shine! A structured bag with chain detail looks luxe, and it can carry everything! A dash of bright lipstick will give a pop of color and it will give light to your face!

 

Polished

Elegance at its finest! I love monochrome outfits so an ivory turtleneck and wide leg pants make a perfect canvas. A long vest is a polished 3^rd piece and it´s a great choice for winter. It elongates the body, making you appear longer and leaner. If you have broad shoulders make sure it doesn’t have shoulder pads and if you have an hourglass shape then belt the vest so you don’t lose your waist. Pointed heels give you height and keep elongating you even further. Gold accents make it luxe, so keep your jewellery in golden tones. A nice scarf with several colors makes the outfit more dimensional and a leopard bag is a classic!

 

Getting Chilly!

Not all winter days are cold, we can have some weather changes, so we need to have an in between outfit. A high neckline is contrasted with a leather mini. A line skirts work wonders with all bodies, girls with a triangle shape have to be mindful of the length (mid thigh/closer to the knee), and girls with apple shapes have to look for a skirt that has a stronger build (it can still be leather but make sure it isn’t too lightweight, as they can highlight imperfections). High leather boots always look impeccable and are the perfect shoe to transition. Keep the accessories cool in silver and add a bag with an interesting texture to make it to the next level!

 

Netflix Night

This is the perfect look when you’re going to a friend’s house to watch movies. Sometimes you go in your pajamas and sometimes you want to look put together (maybe more people will come or you have to go get the pizza…). A striped sweater will keep you comfy, and some ripped jeans and combat boots add a little edge (be sure the jeans have plenty of spandex so you are comfortable or else wear leggings , and boots can be easily paired with cozy socks). A backpack is more laid-back and you can bring popcorn or movies; add some studs, a watch (4 hours can go by so quickly) and an infinity scarf just in case it gets cold or you need another pillow. Happy Netflix marathon!

 

Black & White

This is for the days when you just want to be out the door in two minutes. A nice relaxed dress, some pointy flats, a leather jacket and off you go. The dress is great for triangle shapes, as the bow offsets the hips and the leather jacket helps smooth your shoulders. If you are apple shaped then this works wonders for you, concealing the stomach but revealing your legs and maybe your arms. Stay away from this neckline if you have a round face or if you are busty, as it will make you look bigger. This is also great for rectangular shapes because the bow will add some volume to your chest. If it’s chilly put on some black tights, if you get hot you can always stuff them in your big gorgeous bag. Add some rings to finish the look and believe me you will be out in no time!

Outfits Invernales Parte 3

 

¡Hola a todos! Hoy será el último post de Outfits Invernales. Todavía tengo muchas categorías que no he subido, como: vestidos de boda, outfits de noche y outfits para una cita. Todo esto está en mi Instagram @anapatips.o por si quieren más. Nieve

¡Que se venga el frio! Esta chaqueta es la clave de el outfit y te mantendrá caliente todo el día. Abajo usa un suéter tejido con un cuello relajado, es muy cómodo y calentará tu cuello. Busca jeans más gruesos, así te protegerán del frío. Busca una bolsa estructurada con acentos en dorado. Las botas no son para la nieve, pero si estarás adentro te harán lucir espectacular. Los estoperoles dorados brillan y van de la mano con tu look. Agrega un poco de color a tus mejillas, un poco de perfume y estarás lista para enfrentar el clima.

Noche Agusto

Este es un look para un día relajado. Un vestido tejido es una opción abrigadora y cómoda. El vestido debe de ser un poco holgado, pero no mucho, ya que eso agregará volumen. El cuello y las mangas deben de quedar bien, lo demás es lo que quedará un poco más flojo. Si tienes cuerpo de triángulo entonces evita las bolsas laterales ya que agregarán volumen a tu cadera. Si tienes cuerpo de reloj de arena busca algún cinto, o una opción no tan holgada para que tu cuerpo no se ahogue en la silueta. Agrega unas mallas y unas botas de combate. Una bolsa en color vino le da un toque de vida, y agrega joyería minimalista en tonos naturales. Una bufanda grande te protegerá el cuello y si te da mucho frío puedes usar unas orejeras (te calientan y son súper lindas). Siempre es bueno traer una crema de manos, ya que nos resecamos mucho en invierno. Agrega un lipstick en color vino que hará que resalten tus facciones y ya estas lista para salir

 

Algo Extra

El invierno es el momento de despolvar todo lo que tengas con peluche. Busca una aplicación con imitación peluche en tus prendas para darles un toque especial. Las que tienen cuerpo de triángulo deben de evitar que la aplicación esté cerca de las caderas, mejor busquen una en los hombros o en el escote. Agrega unos jeans de color vino y unos botines negros para hacer el look más lujoso. Lo que falta es tener una bolsa texturizada, joyería dorada, un poco de bronzer en tus mejillas y color en tus labios.

 

En la ciudad

Hay veces en las que está un poco frío pero no quieres usar una chaqueta, para esos días viene este outfit. Una blusa corta de cuello de tortuga te mantendrá calientita, una falda a la cintura revela un poquito de piel (esto es para cuando no hace tanto frío) y se elimina el exceso de tela en la falda ya que no te la tienes que fajar. Es una silueta muy femenina y clásica. Si tienes cuerpo de manzana, busca que la falda empiece en tu parte más pequeña. Si tienes cuerpo de triángulo invertido este look te ayudará, ya que minimiza tus hombros y mueve la atención a la falda. Un collar le da énfasis a tu cara, si tienes cara redonda entonces busca una opción más larga. Los botines son una gran opción, y más cuando tienen una punta ligera y escote en el tobillo, ya que alargan las piernas y te hacen ver más esbelta. Agrega una bolsa con textura y detalles y unos accesorios y ya estás lista para salir.

 

Chica en Rosa

Este es un look muy femenino. Un suéter con flores en los hombros hace que la mirada suba, y favorece a las que tienen cuerpo de manzana, rectangular o de triángulo. El suéter es suelto y disimula el abdomen. Los skinny jeans les favorecen a todas y dan balance a la parte superior. Los tacones le dan un toque metálico y la punta en flecha alarga tus piernas. Los estoperoles y los colores son el matrimonio perfecto de lo cool y lo bonito. La bolsa agrega brillo al outfit y los aretes llevan la atención a tu cara. Agrega un anillo con una piedra colorida y un reloj en color rosado, así te veras hermosa en rosa.

 

Suéter/vestido

Un vestido tejido es una gran opción para un día frío. Esta versión tiene una bastilla redonda que acentúa tus curvas y es ligeramente acinturado para no perder la silueta. El cuello de tortuga es bastante relajado y enmarca tu cara. Busca leggings negros opacos ya que el suéter puede quedarte un poco corto (dependiendo de tu altura). Las botas negras se ven elegantes y son muy cómodas. Completa el look con joyería en color plateado para agregar brillo. Una bolsa estructurada con cadena entra como un accesorio y le cabe todo lo que necesitas llevar. Usar lipstick en un color brillante te dará un toque de color y te iluminará el rostro.

 

Refinada

La elegancia en su máxima potencia. Me encantan los looks con colores monocromáticos así que un cuello de tortuga y un pantalón en color marfil son el lienzo perfecto. Los chalecos largos son una gran forma de agregarle una 3era pieza a tu outfit. Te alargan el cuerpo, haciéndote ver más alta y delgada. Si tienes cuerpo de triángulo invertido asegúrate de que no tengan hombreras, y si tienes cuerpo de reloj de arena usa un cinto para que no se pierda tu cintura. Los tacones puntiagudos te dan más altura y te alargan un poco más. Los toques dorados se ven lujosos, así que mantén tu joyería en ese tono. Una mascada con diferentes colores hace el outfit más dimensional y la bolsa de leopardo es un clásico.

 

Refrescando

No todos los días de invierno son fríos, muchas veces el clima cambia y por eso hay que tener outfits en un punto medio. Un cuello alto le hace el contraste a una minifalda. Las faldas línea A son muy favorecedoras a todos los tipos de cuerpo. Las chicas con cuerpo de triángulo se les recomienda usar alguna con un largo de unos 5 cm arriba de la rodilla (aproximadamente, depende mucho de tu altura) y las que tienen cuerpo de manzana deben buscar una falda con la tela más fuerte (puede ser piel, pero asegúrate de que no sea ligerita, ya que esas pueden resaltar las imperfecciones. Las botas altas se ven impecables y con una minifalda las puedes lucir sin problema. Mantén los accesorios en color plateado y agrega una bolsa con una textura interesante, así elevas el outfit de categoría.

 

Noche Peliculera

Este es el outfit ideal para cuando quieres ir a casa de una amiga a ver películas. Hay veces en las que vas en tus pijamas, otras veces no puedes irte así porque tienes que ir por la comida o van a ir más personas. Un suéter de rayas te mantendrá cómoda, unos jeans rotos y unas botas le agrega un toque diferente (asegúrate de que los jeans se amolden bien a tu cuerpo, sino puedes usar unos leggings y es facilísimo usar calcetas calientitas con las botas). Una mochila es más relajada que una bolsa y ahí puedes meter las palomitas y las películas que te traerás. Agrega unos aretes de estoperol, un reloj (el tiempo vuela cuando ves películas) y una bufanda larga que puedes usar si te da frio o si quieres otra almohada. ¡Que empiecen las películas!

 

Blanco y Negro

Este outfit es para los días que quieres estar lista en dos segundos. Un vestido relajado, unos flats puntiagudos y una chaqueta de piel es todo lo que necesitas. Este vestido es ideal para la que tienen cuerpo de triángulo, ya que el moño atrae la atención y la chaqueta estiliza tus hombros. Si tienes cuerpo de manzana este vestido te favorece mucho ya que disimula el abdomen pero enseña tus piernas y tus brazos. Aléjate de este cuello si tienes cara redonda o mucho busto, ya que te dará volumen extra. Si tienes cuerpo de rectángulo, eso te beneficiará, ya que da la ilusión de más curvas. Si hace frío le puedes agregar unas mallas negras, y si te da calor siempre puedes quitártelas y ponerlas en tu bolsa que está increíble. Agrega unos anillos para terminar el look y créeme, saldrás de tu casa más rápido de lo que piensas.
